- What are the courier channels available ?
Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we use multiple courier companies like TCI, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express & Xpressbees to give you an excellent shipping experience.
- How can I buy the products in bulk?
We agree! Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us via inforpinc@gmail.com or just call us at +91-7455936737 (10 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Saturday).
- How long does it take the product to reach me?
Our products are shipped from Rishikesh and it takes around 5-7 days depending upon the area to deliver goods to your doorstep. However, average shipping time is 3-4 days.
- I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us at inforpinc@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction. [Please note that a unboxing video without any cut is only accepted as a valid proof of damaged products and the product is to be displayed at the focus in the video proof ] .
- How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped by sending a request to inforpinc@gmail.com or call our at +91-7455936737 . After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable .
- How can I check if courier service delivers to my pincode ?
If you think your Pincode is not reachable for most of the delivery partners . You can call us on +91-7455936737 , we will check if we can deliver our products to you or not.
- How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive messages on your registered mobile no. and email about the status of your order ,you will receive message about the order confirmation and the expected delivery date of your order, along with tracking link. You can anytime track the order status.
- Can I return the product to JP Rafts ?
If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective, then only we can consider your return request. Please send a request to inforpinc@gmail.com or call at +91-7455936737. - Within what duration do I have to make the return request?
If the received product is damaged/ defective, you must notify us within 36 hours after receiving the product . We may ask the client to share the unboxing video of the product without any cuts in the video and to send it at inforpinc@gmail.com.
